How To Set Up Alexa On Your Sonos Speaker
If you have a voice-enabled Sonos speaker, such as those above, you can set up Alexa via the following three steps:
Get Started: In the Sonos app, tap Settings. Under Voice, select Services & Voice > Add a Service > Amazon Alexa. After this, sign in to your Sonos account.
Choose Rooms: You’ll then see a list of your Sonos speakers. Choose the speaker(s) you’d like to set up and then tap Add Amazon Alexa.
Sign-in to Amazon: After this, tap “Sign-in to Amazon” and sign in to your account. Finally, follow the on-screen instructions to enable Amazon on your Sonos speaker.
At this point, you’re all set to use Alexa to control your music services with Sonos, including Apple Music, Spotify, Amazon Music, Pandora, Audible, TuneIn, Deezer, iHeartRadio, and SiriusXM.
Not only that, you can play games, set timers, get news updates, find recipes, meditate, work out, order food, and utilize any one of thousands of Alexa Skills.
